What does PDF Tools do?
PDF Tools is a productivity app that lets you convert, merge, split, compress, encrypt, unlock, rotate, and sign PDF files, convert images to PDF, and more. Files are processed securely and removed automatically after processing.
How does the paid "Image Verification" feature work?
Image Verification is an optional, pay-per-use feature that analyzes an uploaded image for signs of digital tampering and returns an analysis report. It is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase as a consumable ($29 per verification). All other PDF tools in the app are free to use.
How do I request a refund for an In-App Purchase?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID, or contact us at the email below and we will help guide you through the process.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. The PDF tools and Image Verification on iOS do not require account registration or login. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID through In-App Purchase.
How is my data handled?
Uploaded files are used only to perform the operation you requested and are deleted automatically from our servers after processing. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The result is wrong or the app is not working. What should I do?
Please email us with your device model, iOS version, the tool you used, and a short description (or screen recording) of the issue. We typically respond within 1 business day.
